The Sundarban Hazi Desarat College Alumni Association values your trust and satisfaction. This policy outlines the rules for cancellations and refunds for membership fees, event participation, donations, or other payments made through our platform.

2. Membership Fees

• Membership fees are non-refundable once the payment is successfully processed.
• If your membership application is denied, the full fee will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

3. Event Registration

• Cancellations for events must be made at least 7 days prior to the event start date to be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds for event cancellations will be processed after deducting applicable administrative fees, if any.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
• If the event is canceled by the association, a full refund will be provided to the participants.

4. Donations

• All donations made to the Sundarban Hazi Desarat College Alumni Association are non-refundable.
• If you believe a payment error occurred, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction to resolve the issue.

5. Errors in Transactions

If you encounter any errors during the payment process, such as duplicate payments or incorrect amounts, please notify us immediately. Verified errors will be corrected, and a refund or adjustment will be issued within 7-10 business days.

Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party payment gateway used for the transaction. Any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway may not be refundable.
